Creation Food’s First Participation at Fine Food Australia 2024

Fine Food Australia 2024 concluded earlier this month in Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre. Known as the "largest food industry trade show in the Southern Hemisphere," this event marked its 40th edition this year. Creation Food came all the way to Australia, showcasing its well-known brands, "Lian" syrups and signature drip coffee this time.

Throughout the four-day exhibition, the beverage expert demonstrated a variety of drinks, attracting many industry professionals for discussions and idea exchanges.

In response to Australia's thriving coffee culture, many attendees stopped by to try the drip coffee, especially with the rose flavor, noted for its refreshing floral aroma, standing out as a favorite. Many café owners also showed their great interest in knowing how to apply the syrup, particularly for the use in desserts. Popular fruit flavors such as grape and strawberry syrup received a lot of inquiries. In light of the high demand, Creation Food also introduced "Mixed Berry Sparkling" for tasting, blending "Bogari Soda Water" with "Lian Cranberry Syrup" and "Lian Strawberry Syrup," allowing catering buyers overseas have a better understanding of the flavors.

It is worth mentioning that the range of exhibitors at this event was quite diverse. Food equipment vendors discussed how to integrate AI technology with automated shaker machines for handling ingredients, while alcohol industry representatives inquired about the use of flavored syrup in cocktails. Moreover, with a rising percentage of the overseas immigrants in Australia, the hand-shaken beverage market has grown mature, classic Taiwanese flavors like white gourd, plum, and smoke plum syrup drew considerable attention.

During the exhibition, Lu, Director from Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, Melbourne and Chang, director from Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce in Oceania (TCCO) presented to support Taiwanese products, adding vibrancy to the venue. Meanwhile, Kuo, Executive Director from the Economic Division of TECO Australia, also visited Creation Foods’ booth to encourage the brand.

Creation Food is looking forward to leveraging this opportunity to showcase the strength of the products, connect with local importers, and explore business opportunities in the region.
